The Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants will play for the top spot in the NFC East when they meet at New Meadowlands Stadium. FOX will broadcast the game at 1:00 PM ET. Philadelphia currently claims a 9-4 overall record and 3-1 division record. New York also sports a 9-4 overall record and 2-2 division record.

In week 11, the Giants lost to the Eagles, 27-17. Asante Samuel recorded two tackles and two interceptions.

Last week, the Eagles picked up a narrow 30-27 victory over the Cowboys. Michael Vick completed 16 passes on 26 attempts for 270 yards, three total touchdowns and two interceptions. DeSean Jackson also had a fine game, with four catches for 210 yards and one score. In their previous outing, the Giants brought down the Vikings, 21-3. Brandon Jacobs made his mark by scoring once on top of 116 yards on 14 carries. Another strong outing came from Ahmad Bradshaw, who racked up 103 yards on 11 carries and one score.
