LeSean McCoy established a solid rushing attack, leading the way to a victory for the Eagles against the Giants, 17-10, at MetLife Stadium.
Vince Young finished with 258 yards on 23 for 36 passing, two touchdowns and three picks. On the Giants side, Eli Manning went 18 for 35 with 264 yards passing, one touchdown, one pick and one fumble.
McCoy was a key factor for the Eagles, running all over the Giants for 113 yards on 23 carries. Brent Celek was a weapon for the offense, catching six balls for 60 yards.
The Philadelphia defense was the deciding factor in the victory, giving up 29 yards rushing and 249 passing. They brought down Manning for three sacks.
Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz had a big day with 128 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Eagles will play host to the Patriots (6-3) next week while the Giants head to New Orleans to face off with the Saints (7-3).
