With a mediocre game from Michael Vick, the Eagles were beaten by the Bears, 30-24, at home.
Vick went 21 for 38 for 213 yards passing and one pick with no touchdowns. Jay Cutler completed 18 of 32 passes for 208 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Bears.
LeSean McCoy was a key factor for the Eagles, rushing for 71 yards on 16 carries while adding a touchdown in addition to five receptions for 46 yards. In the third quarter, he broke free for a 33-yard score. Brent Celek was a highlight, catching seven passes for 60 yards.
The Philadelphia defense had a decent game, highlighted by giving up 164 yards rushing and 208 passing while taking back one fumble for a touchdown.
Bears wide receiver Earl Bennett was impressive, churning out 95 receiving yards and one touchdown. Running back Matt Forte also performed well with 133 rushing yards and 17 receiving.
The Eagles will play host to the Cardinals (2-6) next week while the Bears play against the Lions (6-2), also at home.
