LeSean McCoy got the ground game established but could not reverse a rough loss for the Eagles at the hands of the Giants, 29-16, at home.
Michael Vick went without a score on 16 for 23 passing for only 176 yards and one pick. Eli Manning put up better numbers for the Giants, and wound up 16 for 23 with 254 yards passing, four touchdowns and no interceptions.
McCoy was a standout player for the Eagles, rushing for 128 yards on 24 attempts while adding a touchdown and had three receptions for 13 yards. Jeremy Maclin snagged five passes for 69 yards.
The Philadelphia defense gave up 102 yards rushing and 232 passing. They sacked Manning three times.
Finally, Alex Henery was perfect, connecting on all three of his field goal attempts.
Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz had a big game, putting up 110 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Running back Ahmad Bradshaw also performed well with 86 rushing yards, 53 receiving and one touchdown.
The Eagles host the 49ers (2-1) next week while the Giants head to Glendale to face the Cardinals (1-2).
