The most sacks in a game during this season was matched by Dallas Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware, clearing the path for his StatSheet Defensive Player of the Week win. New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez played incredibly well this past week. Hernandez finished the day with 65 yards on six receptions in the 38-30 victory over the Bills. For the year, he has 211 yards receiving.
This is the first time Hernandez has received the StatSheet NFL Offensive Rookie of the Week award this season. Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is the runner-up (3 rec, 43 rec yds, 1 TD). Honorable mention goes to Chiefs tight end Tony Moeaki (4 rec, 44 rec yds, 1 TD).
